I did not receive an invoice for the purchase on SuperMemo.com

Invoices without a tax identification number are issued after purchase and available for download once you log in to SuperMemo.com, usually within a few days of the purchase date (no later than the 15th day of the following month). To download an invoice, go to the “More” menu and then open the “Order history” tab. In this tab, each order includes an option to download the invoice.

Important: Company invoices with a Polish tax identification number (NIP) are available in KSeF immediately after the transaction is completed. They cannot be downloaded from the “Order history” section on SuperMemo.
