You can find your daily progress in the “Statistics” menu, and then by selecting the “Statistics” tab – “Today.” Check it regularly to make sure you’re meeting the challenge requirements. Important! The learning time calculated by the application may differ from the time measured by other external tools, e.g. a stopwatch, because it takes into account the User’s selected actions in the application (e.g. the time between clicking on the assessment and loading the next card is not counted).
The organizer of the “SuperMemo Challenge 2026” campaign (“Promotion”) is SuperMemo World (“Organizer”).
The Promotion is a contest/challenge and is not a game of chance or a lottery. The Promotion is conducted via the SuperMemo website and application, as well as through the Organizer’s communication channels (email, social media, in-app notifications). The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the social media platforms where it may be communicated (e.g., Facebook/Instagram). These platforms are not responsible for the Promotion.
The Promotion runs from 9.01.2026 to 1.03.2026 (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). The last day to join the challenge is 31.01.2026. The winners will be announced on 4.03.2026.
A participant in the Promotion (“Participant”) may be any natural person who, during the Promotion Period: holds a SuperMemo account and uses any course on learn.supermemo.com or in the SuperMemo mobile application.
Participation in the Promotion is free of charge and voluntary.
The Organizer may exclude a Participant in the event of reasonable suspicion of activities contrary to the terms and conditions, in particular attempts at unfair competition, manipulation of results, or technical abuse.
The task within the main challenge consists of learning for a minimum of 15 minutes a day for 30 consecutive days during the Promotion Period, i.e., between 9.01.2026 and 1.03.2026, using any course or courses in SuperMemo (“Challenge”).
A day is considered completed if the Participant has performed at least 15 minutes of learning in SuperMemo. The time spent learning new cards and doing reviews as recorded by the application can be checked by clicking on the “Statistics” menu and then selecting the “Statistics” – “Today” tab. Learning and review time may differ from time measured by other external tools (e.g., a stopwatch), as the system only accounts for specific User activities related to learning within the application.
The winner of the challenge will be one person who meets the conditions of the Challenge; in the event that more people meet the conditions, the prize will be awarded to a person selected by the Contest Committee referred to in point 4.2, based on criteria established by the Committee.
The Organizer will appoint a Contest Committee (“Committee”) consisting of 3 people.
The tasks of the Committee include, in particular:
The Committee makes decisions based on data available to the Organizer, in particular data recorded in the SuperMemo systems.
The Committee’s decisions are final, subject to the Participant’s right to file a complaint under the rules set out in point 8.
The prize in the Promotion is: a set of language courses (chosen by the Winner) with lifetime access, in the form of a voucher.
The voucher will be delivered to the winner within 3 working days from the date of the announcement of the results, to the e-mail address assigned to the Participant’s account or in another manner indicated by the Organizer. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other benefits, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of law.
The results of the Promotion will be announced on 4.03.2026 on SuperMemo’s social media profiles / via email. The Organizer will contact the winners using the details available in the SuperMemo account (e.g., e-mail). In order to deliver the prize, the Organizer may ask the winner to provide/confirm the data necessary for the fulfillment of the prize.
Participants are obliged to participate in the Promotion in an honest manner, in compliance with the law and good practices. The Organizer has the right to exclude a Participant if there is a reasonable suspicion of:
The Organizer’s decision to exclude is made based on available data and may be challenged through the complaint procedure.
Complaints regarding the promotion may be submitted until 11.03.2026 via the contact form: https://www.supermemo.com/en/contact with the note “SuperMemo Challenge 2026”. The complaint should include at least: name and surname, e-mail address, and a description of the grievances. The Organizer will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and will provide a response to the e-mail address indicated in the submission.
The controller of the Participants’ personal data is SuperMemo World.
The data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, selecting winners, contacting and issuing prizes, and processing complaints. The legal basis for data processing is the performance of the Promotion under the rules set out in the terms and conditions and the legitimate interest of the Organizer (handling and securing the Promotion). Data may be shared with entities supporting the Organizer in handling the Promotion (e.g., IT service providers) only to the extent necessary. The Participant has the right to access data, rectify it, erase it, limit processing, object, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for important reasons, provided that the changes do not violate the acquired rights of the Participants and are announced with appropriate notice.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
