We want our app to be as effective and secure as possible for you. To this end, we regularly delete inactive accounts in the app.

Account deletion policy

• An account may be deleted if it has not been logged into for 24 months (2 years).
• When your account is eligible for deletion, we will send you an email notification. You will have 30 days to log in and thus keep your account.
• Account deletion is irreversible. After this process, all your learning progress, statistics, and data will be permanently deleted. It will not be possible to recover them.
  

Why are we doing this?

Regularly deleting inactive accounts allows us to optimize the app’s performance and ensure data security. This enables us to provide you with a better language learning experience.

What can you do?

We encourage you to use the app regularly. All you need to do is log in to your account once every two years to keep it active.
