What exactly is the new course access model?
The new purchase model offers yearly access that does not renew automatically. It does not apply to bundles or mega bundles of courses. After 12 months, you can extend your access, choose the next course level (e.g., from A1 to A2), or start a subscription.
What happens to courses purchased earlier with lifetime access?
Courses bought with lifetime access remain unchanged – you can continue using them in the same way. For new courses, you can now buy yearly access or use them through a subscription.
Does the new model mean there will no longer be an option to buy lifetime access?
The lifetime option will still be available for course bundles. Other courses from the catalogue can be purchased with yearly access, with the option to extend after the period ends.
What if I don’t want to renew after a year?
Access will not renew automatically. After 12 months, your access to the course will expire, but you can unlock it again by purchasing a new access period or starting a subscription.
What happens to my reviews after my access ends?
When the 12 months are over, a button “Unlock access” will appear next to the course in My learning. You’ll need to purchase new access (or start a subscription) to continue your reviews and progress in the course.
