Terms of use of the SuperMemo.com Service<\/h1>\n\n

Thank you for choosing SuperMemo. We invite you to read the terms and conditions for using our Service.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 1. Definitions<\/h3>\n\n

  1. SuperMemo<\/strong> \u2013 the company SuperMemo World sp. z o.o., with its registered office at: ul. D\u0105browskiego 77A, 60-529 Pozna\u0144, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Pozna\u0144 \u2013 Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Pozna\u0144, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000027598, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 782-22-16-681, share capital: PLN 70,000.00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Service<\/strong> \u2013 the SuperMemo.com website managed by SuperMemo, available at www.supermemo.com<\/a> (hereinafter: Website), and associated applications listed at https:\/\/www.supermemo.com\/en\/app<\/a> (hereinafter: Applications), made available to Users under the terms set forth in these Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. User<\/strong> \u2013 a person registered in the Service using it via an Account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Account<\/strong> \u2013 a User profile created during registration in the Service, intended for use by one person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Courses<\/strong> \u2013 all educational materials contained in the Service, divided into Free Courses and Paid Courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Private Courses<\/strong> \u2013 courses created by Users for their own needs or shared with other Users under the terms governed by these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Services<\/strong> \u2013 all services provided by SuperMemo within the Service, divided into Free Services and Paid Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Free Version<\/strong> \u2013 the scope of Free Services available in the Service without charge, allowing learning subject to restrictions (hereinafter: Limits), under the terms set forth in \u00a7 4 Section A of the Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    \u00a7 2. Use of the Service<\/h3>\n\n

    1. Use of the Service and its functionalities, as well as downloading Applications, is possible provided that a device connected to the Internet and equipped with a web browser is used, subject to Section 7 below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Registration.<\/strong> Using the Service and providing the required information in the registration form is completely voluntary. Registration in the Service is free of charge. By registering, the User confirms that they have read the Terms and agree to all its provisions. The User has the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws in Poland. Personal data acquired by SuperMemo during registration is covered by the Personal Data Protection Policy. Detailed information on this subject can be found in the Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Learning.<\/strong> Learning in the Service is personalized. This means that the learning process and progress tracking are assigned to a single person, identified by the system via the Account. Services provided to the User cannot be transferred to third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Content.<\/strong> All materials contained in the Service are subject to copyright and are protected under the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 1994, No. 24, item 83, as amended).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Technical and marketing messages may be displayed to the User of the Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Children.<\/strong> SuperMemo does not collect personal data of children and minors. A parent or legal guardian may make a course on SuperMemo.com available to a child or minor, but must provide their own details when creating the account. If an account is created by a child or minor, it must be done solely with the consent and details of a parent or legal guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Technical Requirements.<\/strong> SuperMemo makes every effort, but does not guarantee, that the Service will work on all types of devices, web browsers, and operating systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      \u00a7 3. Terms of Service Provision<\/h3>\n\n

      1. As part of the Service, SuperMemo provides free and paid Services and Courses. These may also be offered, transferred, or sold through authorized intermediaries, including App Store, for example.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Prices of Paid Services and Courses may vary by country depending on local taxes, foreign exchange rates, or other factors. Exact prices and currency options are available in the Service’s Course catalog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. When purchasing a Service or Course for a limited time, SuperMemo guarantees the User access to the Service, Service feature, or Course for that duration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
